Progress!

OK, I promised I would post my progress measurements.  This morning, I was happy to see my waist had come down 1/2 inch to 24 3/4″.    I was at nearly 27″ when I started the new training.  Upper thighs gained ever so slightly at 20 5/8″–up from 20 1/2″ (yay!), but lower thighs lost 1/4 inch to  16 1/2″.   [...]
