I&#039;m so excited I&#039;ve found your website. Trying to fnd a fitness minded individual who is also raw, was proving quite difficult. I&#039;m coming from the typical fitness world eating (5-6 meals per day...portion of carbs and protein at each meal) but would like to transition to raw. What is a typical day of nutrition for you (this would be more for fat loss/ toning...not for competition). Are there specific carb, pro, fat % that you aim for? Also, what type of supplements do you use?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated b/c I&#039;m finding it difficult to obtain such info. Thanks.</description>
