Final Prep Week
Wow, my final prep plan for this week leading up to Nationals is WAY less than I expected it to be. I feel like I am not doing enough! But Rob says he wants me to stay exactly where I am at, so I trust their judgment. I had a good cardio session this morning with treadmill intervals blended with lots of plyometrics. Then this evening was my weight workout, focusing on Legs, Booty and Shoulders. That was a tough one, but I enjoyed it. I went as heavy as I could, and really felt it!
