You are absolutely right---I am NOT vegan!!! I was for two years, but I have made it VERY clear in my blog as I have evolved that I am NOT vegan now! I agree Robert is a true vegan, but I have not found that works for me as a competitor, as most of the vegan proteins contain far too much sodium, processed soy, etc., all of which cause me to bloat & retain water. It was a difficult decision to resume eating animal products after being vegan for 2 years, but I have thrived on my current diet so far and am at peace with my decision. After my competitions are over, I may go back, because I truly loved the raw vegan foods & lifestyle! :)

How can you claim to be vegan when you eat fish? You're not vegan at all. There are REAL vegan bodybuilders about, such as Robert Cheek. Perhaps you should contact him to find out about preparting for competitions WITHOUT eating meat. Dont claim to be vegan when you consume animal flesh, you confuse ppl who do not know what TRUE vegans are.
