Hi Christy,

Thank you for your blog. My wife and I also are on a journey toward (optimal) health and happiness and people like you are quite inspiring to us. So thanks for sharing your journey!

I have a question I have been wanting to ask now for some time but I couldn't find how to contact you. So I hope you don't mind asking you this way.

I'm a fitnesstrainer (and lifestyle coach) and up untill last year have been into Weston A. Price, metabolic typing and traditional diets. However I 'evolved' into raw foods and it seems that when you eat that way, rules that I knew now have changed. One thing that I'm really wondering about is the amount of calories. I know for example that Tim van Orden has a very low calorie intake but is thriving like never before. What about you? Do you count calories and if so, what are you aiming for?

I hope you are willing to share your thoughts on this.
Thank you in advance!

Hi Christy-

Great "hot seat" session w/ Kevin last night. I agree with his assessment of your site & love the front-page photo, too! I just added your site to our All Raw Directory (www.AllRawDirectory.com). Feel free to add any other sites that you have or know of in the living foods world. We're attempting to collect and categorize them all!

-Jim

ps I've also just turned 40 (on the 11th), and am now, thanks to raw, in the best shape I've been in since college.

Also, if you need any outside contributions for your recipe book, let us know. My wife's always coming up with amazing raw creations. We put out a free recipe eBook on our site -- via, you guessed it, a pop-over ad. That one's at www.PureJeevan.com and als www.PureJeevan.com/blog
