Sun Warrior Protein
and Muscle Gain

A remarkable quality about Sun Warrior Protein is that it contains Gamma Oryzanol. Sun Warrior Protein is made from bio-fermented raw sprouted whole grain brown rice (with the bran and germ). The Japanese have been using and studying this natural compound for years. Gamma Oryzanol is found in different parts of rice, in particular the rice germ and rice bran. What the Japanese have found is that Gamma Oryzanol increases muscle mass, is a potent anti-oxidant and is very effective in healing ulcers, lowering cholesterol, and other conditions. Gamma Oryzanol is used by some athletes based on early reports that suggested it enhances muscle growth and sports performance. According to numerous studies, Gamma Oryzanol produces these benefits by increasing levels of testosterone, growth hormone, and other anabolic (muscle-building) hormones.

On a basic level, protein is needed to provide the essential amino acids necessary for GH synthesis. Protein is utilized by the growth hormones to build muscles. Protein is made up of amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of your muscles and muscle tissue. Without them, it would be impossible to build, repair or even maintain muscle tissue.

Sun Warrior Protein contains all 9 essential and non-essential amino acids in a perfectly balanced Amino Acid Profile. In fact, our comparison by an independent lab test confirms that Sun Warrior Protein is equal or higher in some cases than the amino acid profile of egg, whey, and beef (please refer to the website for amino acid profile comparison charts).

Sun Warrior Protein is living and more potent and absorbable than non-living animal proteins. Most athletes take high amounts of animal based protein that is not usable for the body and is actually acidic creating intestinal toxemia and other disturbances. Because Sun Warrior is predigested with bio-fermentation and natural enzymes, it has a 98% to 99% digestion efficiency. It’s completely hypoallergenic.

Hi Everyone! Sorry my posts have been absent for a few weeks. I have not had access to a computer very much! I m working literally four jobs right now, and although I am enjoying every one of them, I just can’t sit at the computer all night like I used to. My workout & nutrition schedule is also a full time job! So that would make five!

I am someone who must have a reasonable amount of sleep to function at all, so trying to get in enough sleep with all the work hours plus 2 or 3 workouts a day has been tough! I wish I didn’t have to sleep that much. I hear stories of successful people like Martha Stewart & Jay Leno who only need 2 or 3 hours sleep each day, and yet they have plenty of energy, think clearly, & are very healthy. I sooooooo wish I could be like that! But just a few days without much sleep and I am at best a zombie, and at worst very sick.

It also takes a lot of good nutrition to keep up a crazy schedule! I am so HIGH on this new product by Sun Warrior and wanted to share it with you! It’s called Ormus Greens, and it is amazing! They really give me great energy & have had a very cleansing effect on my body. I mix it with either fresh-squeezed lemon or grapefruit juice, or just plain water, every morning, and sometimes in the afternoon if I have the chance. Here is some information about the Ormus Greens that came from Sun Warrior directly:

_____________________

* Sunwarrior ormus greens are grown and produced in America in our organic fields and facility. We can watch and control every step of the process in manufacturing.
* Sunwarrior Ormus greens are grown in a pristine ancient sea bed in a volcanic region of Utah and Arizona. This paramagnetic soil is loaded with platinum, gold, silver and ormus trace minerals that give the greens a magnetic property. This magnetic property increases the Vibration and Frequency of those who consume it.
* Sunwarrior ormus super greens are 100% certified organic, Non GMO, & Gluten Free!
* Sunwarrior ormus super greens are the best tasting greens on the planet!
* We use a patterned cold-drying process that protects and preserves the heat-sensitive bioactive constituents and phyto-nutrients of sunwarrior Ormus Super greens. This patented process makes Sunwarrior Ormus Super greens a superior living food that is raw and bio-available.
* We do not add powdered Probiotic after the fact, but actually culture our Greens in house creating a powerful green super food Probiotic that is alive and active.
* Sunwarrior Ormus greens uses an Eco friendly bag that has a very low carbon Footprint and easier on the environment. Also the bag guarantees the highest level freshness of any other container. We researched amber glass, but opted not to use it when we found out that GMP regulations mandate that companies have to X-ray bottles for Brocken glass shards in glass bottles for safety reasons.

Sunwarrior Ormus Super greens :

Oat Grass -We use Oat Grass in our formula because it picks up the highest amounts of Noble elements and ormus from the soil. Oat grass is used traditional to help build sexual stamina. Oat grass (avena sativa) has a relaxing and stimulating action that nourishes and strengthens the nervous system. Barley and Wheat Grass- Barley and Wheat grass are both loaded with high trace minerals, calcium, iron, all essential amino acids, vitamin C, the flavonoids, and a number of enzymes and minerals. They also contain superoxide dismutase (SOD), a powerful antioxidant enzyme that protects the cells against toxic free radicals. All the cereal grasses pick up ormus from the soil.

Alfalfa- Alfalfa is a plant which sends its roots down twenty to thirty feet into the ground and brings up the minerals that are not available on the surface. For this reason, the Arabic word Alfalfa means “father of plants”. Alfalfa is rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that play a vital role in the strength and growth of our bones and in the maintenance of a healthy body. It contains protein and vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin K. It also contains calcium, potassium, carotene, iron, and zinc. It can be taken in the form of seeds, leaves or tablets.

Yucca – Yucca are desert plants that are part of the Agave family. We wild craft our own wild Yucca plants in the high desert in a way that promotes growth for the other plants. Yucca extracts may have anti-arthritic and anti-inflammatory effects including anti-fungal and Anti- protozoal activities. Yucca is also a rich source of phenolics, including resveratrol and a number of other stilbenes (yuccaols A, B, C, D and E). Yucca extracts and its phenolics are also anti-oxidants and free-radical scavengers.

Parsley -Parsley is perhaps one of the most commonly used but therapeutically under-rated of herbs. Parsley is very high in bio available vitamin C and is a good source of manganese, calcium and potassium. It also contains flavonoids that act as antioxidants. Parsley is also rich in vitamin A, well-known for its effects on vision, plus can mitigate risks of atherosclerosis and diabetes. Parsley cleanses the blood, dissolves sticky deposits in veins, maintains elasticity of blood vessels, facilitates removal of moderately sized kidney and gallstones, treats deafness and ear infections, and benefits the sexual system. Parsley helps with bad breath and is one of the most important herbs for providing vitamins to the body. It’s like an immune-enhancing multi-vitamin and mineral complex in green plant form.

Spinach – Spinach is a rich source of protein, minerals, vitamins, pigments and phytonutrients. Health benefits of spinach are due to presence of minerals, vitamins, pigments and phytonutrient and minerals like minerals like potassium, manganese, zinc, magnesium, iron and calcium. Spinach is a source of vitamins like folate, niacin, vitamin A, B6, C and traces of rest of the vitamins. Other important elements, including thiamine and riboflavin, that are used in various reactions in our body are also found in spinach. Spinach is rich in pigments like beta carotene, lutein and xanthene and chlorophyllin etc.

Probiotic Culture- We use a “live active culture” process with part of our Cereal greens . This is different from other companies who just mix Probiotics into their greens. Traditional foods Probiotic foods include yogurt, kefir, miso, and sauerkrauts are very good for the body and digestive tract. Science has learned that cultured foods are easy to digest and creates life-enhancing nutrients.

Peppermint makes our greens easy to drink and very palatable. Peppermint is also an age-old herbal medicine that has been used to treat a wide range of abdominal woes, from flatulence to stomach cancer to gallbladder disease. Several studies have shown that peppermint seems to be fairly effective at relieving irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), a collection of symptoms that includes abdominal cramping and pain, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. Peppermint also has anti-/parasitic/ properties has been used in folk remedies to get rid of parasites.

Whole leaf stevia – We use the Whole leaf Stevia herb which has been used for centuries in South America to aid diabetics and hypoglycemics. Research has shown that a whole leaf stevia herb has a regulating effect on the pancreas and helps stabilize blood sugar levels. Herbal Stevia is therefore useful to people with diabetes, hypoglycemia, and Candidiasis. Other traditional uses of Herbal Stevia are that to lower elevated blood pressure (hypertension), as a digestive aid that also reduces gas and stomach acidity, and for obesity. The herb acts as general tonic which increases energy levels and mental acuity. Stevia herbs has also been shown to inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria that cause gum disease and tooth decay, making it an excellent addition for the teeth and Gums.

Packed with an eco friendly bag because it has the highest ability to maintain freshness than any other container. It also has the lowest carbon foot print of any packing.

The amazing thing is that these green taste pretty good, too! And all the other greens products on the market taste AWFUL to me. I can deal with these, and even Michael likes them just mixed in water or juice. You can also just eat them right off a spoon. I did that the first time, and accidentally sucked it up into my nasal cavity when I took a breath! Whoa!!! Talk about a buzz! They should sell the stuff by the gram! Definitely try not to snort it! Haha!

I hope to get back on track soon with more posts. I appreciate you all — and all your wonderful support. it’s tough to make ends meet right now in real estate, so one has to do what one has to do to survive. My training business is going well, and I hope to keep building that up more & more. I really enjoy it! My clients are awesome, and I get so excited & thrilled to see their progress.

Blessings to you all. Oh, and thank you for all the birthday wishes! I am now 41, and I had a wonderful birthday. Thank you all so much!

Love and hugs to you all!
